Bulldog hair loss, what to do?
« Where can I get my dogs some warm pyjamas? Please Help!?
My bulldog has hairloss of both sides of her body, i have researched it and found this may be a hormonal problem, or a throid function problem.
What could i do to encourage hair growth??
=] thanksit probably is just hormones! i just got a bulldog myself, and her mum had hald patches because of hormones after the birth! 
i love meeting people with bulldogs!! email me a pic! hehe xif your dog is biting the hair off and it looks a bit irratated you should pick up some great stuff called apple biters. it should be sold at your pet realitors like petco or petsmart. my dog used to have a problem with this also and i thought that the apple biters worked fine. hope that helps ps; bulldogs are adorable 
That sounds like mange not hormonal or thyroid. You need to get the dog to the vets asap. If someone sees your dog like this they can turn you in for pet neglect and you will have to go to court infront of a judge and pay a fine, and possibly loose your pet. This happen to some people I work with. So get the dog to the vet for his sake and yours.had the same on my boxer dog, watch what you feed it try chicken n rice mixer with a bit of chappie in an wash him with malaseb which you can get from vets, also stuff like shake and vac and the plugin air freshner can cause it. my boxer is illergic to beef lolIt could be any number of things that are NOT a hormone problem.

i have a 1 year old pug, and the problem is, he isn’t house trained yet. we’ve tried everything. from wee wee drops to litter boxes. he is in the terrace most of the time, and he sometime pees on the carton box we put there for him. but most of the time, he just pees anywhere!! when we let him in our house, he starts peeing after 3 mins. and most of all, he stinks. we bathe him once every 2 days. (its very humid here) actually, we think it is because of his pee, since he isn’t trained yet. I love him and don’t want to give him away….what to do?! please help!
