Is my dog going to be ok?
« Can anything be done to correct a dogs sight?
My dog got into two plastic bags and shredded them up. I don’t know if she ate any plastic but when I took it away from her she started gaging and spitting up spit. She seemed ok later but I’m worried. I gave her some food so if there was any in her throat it would go down. She ate all her food but I’m still worried!I would give her some olive oil to help any plastic go through & if she seems off colour at all get her to a vet. Plastic can cover over the opening to the bowel or lodge just about anywhere in her system & cause terrible problems & even death.pets eat and lick plastic bags because they contain animal fat that we cant smell but they can but i would keep an eye on her if she stops eatting or drinking or just isnt her self id get her to the vet asap but also check her poo the next couple of days for pices of the bagLook my dog gets into lots of things like that give him or her some butter or oil with his or her food also watch for it to come out the other end.
Make sure her appetite and desire to drink stay normal and WATCH THAT SHE POOPS! If she does not poop, there may be a blockage and she will need to see a vet ASAPWatch her ver carefully and if she seems off color take her to the vet.It’s hard to say.. Watch her, if you see signs that there is a problem. rush her to the vet.
