My 2 month old puppy has a runny nose and the sniffles what do i do?
ive had him for 10 days and im taking him to get his shots on sun. the pass two days hes had goop in the corner of one eye and he fights w/ me when i try to wipe it. hes also had a runny nose and the sniffles, hes even been sneezing. whats wrong with my baby?does he sound like he’s got "smokers cough"? if so it’s kennel cough which is treatable by a shot or pills. make sure he’s been wormed and get hose shots up to date. you can always take him to the vet early if it gets worse. p.s. kennel cough needs early and extra attention! it can kill the dog.Don’t wait until Sunday. Take him to the Vet today! Young puppies are fragile and can get very sick, very quickly.
In the future please never buy a puppy under 8 weeks old. They are too young and don’t have enough of an immune system to fight off any diseases. They also tend to be harder to train and potty train because the Mom-dog teaches them a lot in those several weeks.You need to see if you can get your puppy in to the vet sooner. He sounds like it might have a could or sinus infection and just need some antibiotics. The sooner you get the puppy on it the better. Call your vet and Im sure they will help you get in quick.When I adopted my dog, he had the same problem. The goop is basically the same stuff that humans have.. eye gunk, if you will. Give it lots of water, love, and affection and it should be fine.

i dont really know what to do but i really hope ur puppy feels better! go to the vet as fast as u can it can be serious for a puppy that young!!!
Ok so I asked about my 2 dogs- Petey the PUggle 2 and Tyson the Boxer 13weeks- last night and why my older dog was acting weird. Well now hes acting normal but he wont share! We have never had a problem with him with aggression and I know its probably just the alpha male thing. But I dont want it to escalate to anything more.
So Petey when were playing- fetch for example- if the puppy gets one of his toys he is semi tolerant and then its like he gets annoyed and growls at the puppy and if he doesnt back down Petey drops the toy and his growl is louder and he nips. Then Tyson rolls over and obviously being submissive. Petey calms down but whines a little bit afterwards. Then everythings ok. Should I let them hash it out and if it gets worse the intervene or should I get them to nip it in the bud right away?

Oh- and if I throw the toy and they both run after it if Tyson gets to it first Peteys like ok fine. But if Petey gets to it and is trying to bring it back to me and Tysons trying to carry it too or get it from him thats when Petey growls
